Goa, Oct. 30 -- The Merces JMFC Court has granted bail to Kapil Arora, who was arrested by the Panjim Police for allegedly organising the Oceanman 2025 event at Caranzalem without obtaining the necessary permissions. He was also accused of cheating and endangering participants during the event.

According to Adv. Salil Lawande, the court granted Arora bail on a personal bond of Rs.10,000.

Arora's arrest followed complaints that the international swimming event was held without required approvals from local authorities, raising concerns over participant safety and compliance with legal norms.
