Goa, Nov. 17 -- Registered vendors from the Margao Municipal Market have renewed their complaints against illegal vendors occupying Sadekar Lane and areas outside the market, claiming the encroachments are once again blocking customer access and affecting their daily earnings.

A few days ago, market members submitted a memorandum and met MMC officials, highlighting how unlicensed vendors had taken over footpaths and lanes. In response, MMC Chief Officer Madhu Narvekar conducted an inspection and temporarily cleared the stretch.
