Goa, Sept. 18 -- A 54-year-old resident of Aquem, Margao, was found dead, hanging from the back of his house. According to Margao police, he had been missing from his residence since September 13. On September 17, at 12:10 pm, police received a report from a family member stating that the man was missing and had been found deceased. Upon arrival at the scene, police discovered the body in a decomposed state. The body was then taken to the South Goa District Hospital (SGDH) in Margao for preservation and to complete medico-legal procedures. Police have stated that they do not suspect any foul play and have registered the case as an 'unnatural death.' PSI Nilesh Shirvoikar is leading the investigation.
