Goa, Dec. 18 -- The Mapusa JMFC court today ordered a medical check-up of Ajay Gupta, co-owner of Birch, after he moved a bail application citing health issues. No ruling has been issued on the bail plea so far. According to his lawyer, the court will consider the medical test results before deciding on the matter.
