Goa, Dec. 10 -- Mapusa Fast Track Court has ordered charges to be framed against four accused in a violent 2021 club assault case involving the attack on security guard Swapnil Redkar.

The court directed that charges under sections for voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous weapons be framed against Tarzen Parsekar, Suraj Shetye, Imran Bepari, and Suryakant Kambli for the October 2021 incident at a club in Goa. Additionally, all four face charges under the Arms Act for possessing illegal arms during the assault.
