Goa, Dec. 14 -- An ambulance reported stolen from a hospital in Mapusa was traced and recovered by police on Sunday. According to officials, the accused allegedly drove the ambulance directly to the Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour (IPHB) in Bambolim before proceeding towards his residence in Revora. Police intercepted the vehicle and detained the suspect. The incident occurred after the accused allegedly entered the hospital's parking area and drove away with the ambulance. Hospital authorities alerted the Mapusa police, following which a search operation was launched, leading to the recovery of the vehicle.
