Goa, Jan. 9 -- The District Magistrate of North Goa has announced the temporary closure of two key bridges in Panaji on Sunday, January 11, 2026, to facilitate routine inspection and deck level recording. The New Mandovi Bridge will remain closed to all vehicular traffic from 6.00 am to 7.30 am, while the Old Mandovi Bridge will be shut from 7.30 am to 9.00 am. Commuters are advised to plan travel accordingly and cooperate with authorities during the inspection period.
