Goa, Jan. 7 -- Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra have opposed the victims' family's intervention application in their anticipatory bail hearings before Mapusa JMFC court, concerning charges of forgery and cheating authorities filed by Mapusa police.

The brothers argue victims lack locus standi since document forgery primarily affects official processes rather than causing direct harm to individuals.
