Loyola High School got the better of St Xavier's High School, Velim, 4-0 in the final to emerge champions in the Salcete Football Club U-12 football festival held to celebrate 45th Anniversary of the club, at the Sinquetim ground, Navelim, recently. In a one-sided match, Loyola High School dominated the proceedings and if it was not for some great saves by the St Xavier's High School goalkeeper Aden Fernandes, the margin would have been bigger. The scorers for Loyola High School were Velroy, Aidan, Aslan and Caleb.
