Goa, Nov. 13 -- The Panjim Head Post Office, which serves as Goa's main postal hub, has been witnessing long queues and inconvenience to customers after reportedly keeping only one counter open for registered and speed post services during peak hours.
The sudden decision has led to overcrowding and long waiting times for the public, especially during morning hours when the footfall is highest. According to visitors, the second counter functions only from 1 pm to 9 pm, covering non-peak hours and offering little relief to those visiting earlier in the day.
