Goa, April 2 -- The long-awaited sewage pipeline, which was initially expected to be completed by March 31, has once again sunk at the Colmorod Junction, leading to growing frustration among local residents. Many locals have voiced their concerns, calling it a "big scam" and demanding accountability for the ongoing delays and technical issues.
