Goa, Nov. 24 -- Margao's once-charming municipal garden is steadily losing its appeal, with residents voicing concern over increasing nuisance activities in the area. Locals say groups of drunkards and some migrants frequently occupy the garden's benches, creating an environment that feels unsafe and unwelcoming.
The situation is reportedly most troubling behind the Margao Municipal Council (MMC) building, where morning gatherings have become a daily occurrence. Residents allege that these groups have turned parts of the garden into hotspots for petty crimes.
