Goa, April 4 -- A chunk of lime-mortar fell from one of the minarets of the historic Charminar during heavy rain on Thursday evening, causing mild tension in the area. The incident occurred around 4:30 pm near the Bhagyalakshmi temple, but fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Local residents quickly sprang into action, clearing the debris from the area. Despite the incident's proximity to passersby, no one was hurt. The Charminar police have stated that, so far, they have not received any formal reports about the event.
