Goa, May 26 -- Staff at the Deputy Town Planner's office and the PWD office in Mapusa's government complex are working under hazardous conditions due to severe roof leaks. Water seeps through the ceilings during rains, forcing employees to drape plastic sheets over computers and vital documents in a desperate attempt to prevent damage.

Even more concerning, several employees have reportedly suffered electric shocks from equipment exposed to the moisture, turning their daily work environment into a potential death trap. Despite multiple complaints and repeated pleas for urgent repairs, authorities have failed to take action.
