Summary Points, July 8 -- In a chilling case of violence, a labourer was found brutally murdered at a construction site in Parra, allegedly at the hands of his two roommates. The three had been living together in a small room adjacent to the work site, police said.
The victim sustained horrific injuries to the head, neck, and stomach, and was also mutilated in the private parts, indicating the extreme brutality of the assault. The two accused reportedly fled the scene immediately after committing the crime.
Upon receiving the alert, a police team led by Mapusa PI Nikhil Palekar, DySP Wilson D'Souza, and North Goa SP Rahul Gupta rushed to the site and began a detailed investigation.
