Goa, Nov. 14 -- Konkan Railway conducted a Family Counselling Session in Margao on November 13, 2025, for families of Loco Pilots, Train Managers, Pointsmen and other frontline staff who play vital roles in ensuring smooth and safe train operations. The programme aimed to help families better understand the demanding nature of these safety-critical duties, which require precision, constant alertness and emotional stability.

The session highlighted the importance of mental well-being, strong family support and a healthy work-life balance, all of which contribute to enabling employees to perform efficiently under pressure.
