Goa, Aug. 30 -- A Google Maps survey team conducting street-level mapping in a Kanpur village was attacked by locals late Thursday night. The villagers, suspecting the equipment to be used for theft in the wake of recent burglaries, grew suspicious and assaulted the team. Police intervened before the situation escalated further.
