Goa, June 25 -- Israel has officially concluded its 12-day conflict with Iran, declaring that all key military objectives were accomplished. According to Israeli officials, the campaign succeeded in neutralizing what they called a "dual existential threat" posed by Iran's nuclear weapons development and ballistic missile program.
The ceasefire, mediated by the United States, was confirmed by President Donald Trump, who announced that Israel would stand down and military aircraft would return home. "Israel is not going to attack Iran. All planes will turn around and head home, while doing a friendly 'plane wave' to Iran. Nobody will be hurt. The ceasefire is in effect," Trump posted on his Truth Social platform.
