Goa, May 5 -- Nothing is going right for Lucknow Super Giants and their captain Rishabh Pant, who continues to disappoint with the bat. His form in IPL 2025 has been on a steady decline. In their recent clash against Punjab Kings, LSG suffered a 37-run defeat, further denting their chances of qualifying for the playoffs.

Chasing a mammoth 237-run target set by Punjab, Pant once again failed to deliver. Batting at No. 4, the LSG skipper managed just 18 runs off 17 balls before getting out. His dismissal triggered a strong reaction from LSG owner Sanjiv Goenka, who couldn't hide his disappointment. A photo of his reaction has since gone viral on social media.
