Goa, June 24 -- Lokendra Tomar, the owner of a flat in Indore tied to the high-profile murder case involving Sonam Raghuvanshi, has been apprehended by Madhya Pradesh police at the request of Meghalaya authorities. Tomar, who allegedly attempted to destroy crucial evidence linked to the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, was tracked down and caught in Gwalior after traveling from Uttarakhand.

Tomar, an infrastructure company owner, came under suspicion after police questioned Indore-based property dealer Silome James, who had facilitated the rental of the flat to Sonam and her accomplices. Investigators believe that Tomar attempted to cover up evidence indicating that Sonam and the hired hitmen stayed at his property after the murder.
