Goa, Nov. 2 -- India produced a spirited all-round performance to defeat Australia in the third T20I at Hobart. Washington Sundar, returning to the XI, starred with both bat and ball to guide India to a record chase. Australia's innings was anchored by Tim David (74) and Marcus Stoinis (64), posting 186/6. Arshdeep Singh marked his return with three wickets, while mystery spinner Varun Chakravarthy claimed two in a single over. In response, Abhishek Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, and Tilak Varma contributed key runs before Sundar and Jitesh Sharma finished the job. The win helped India bounce back in the series after trailing 1-0, setting up an exciting contest ahead of the fourth T20I.
