Goa, Jan. 24 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 23 said India was emerging as a strong and resolute nation that understands how to build, manage and use power responsibly. Speaking via video conference at a Parakram Diwas event in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands to mark Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's birth anniversary, Mr. Modi said a weak nation struggles to achieve its goals, a belief strongly held by Netaji.
