Goa, April 2 -- In a surprising move ahead of the upcoming domestic cricket season, India batter Yashasvi Jaiswal has decided to leave Mumbai and join Goa. The 23-year-old's decision to switch teams has raised eyebrows in the cricketing world, with sources within the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) confirming that Jaiswal requested a No Objection Certificate (NOC) on Tuesday.
According to the MCA source, Jaiswal cited personal reasons for his move to Goa in his email. Goa Cricket Association (GCA) officials have also confirmed the development.
