Goa, June 7 -- At Pato in Panjim, a recurring issue of two-wheelers being parked directly in front of bollards along a designated pedestrian pathway has sparked concern among local residents and commuters. The illegal parking not only violates traffic norms but also obstructs the free movement of pedestrians, especially senior citizens and children.

Despite bollards being installed to demarcate the walkway, the absence of active enforcement allows vehicle owners to misuse the space. Citizens are urging the authorities to take strict action against violators and ensure the pathway remains accessible and safe for public use.
