Goa, March 15 -- The improper disposal of concrete and construction debris near the natural watercourse at Dando, Sanguem, has raised serious concerns. This practice is causing obstructions within the nallah, contributing to the region's annual flooding. More alarmingly, if left unchecked, it poses a significant long-term risk of completely blocking the river, which could lead to extensive waterlogging, property damage, and environmental degradation.
