Goa, May 22 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather advisory for North and South Goa, warning of moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds.

According to the alert, wind speeds of 50-60 kmph, gusting up to 70 kmph, are very likely to continue over the next 3-4 hours in many parts of the region.
