Goa, Oct. 9 -- In the Anjuna-Vagator belt, a concerning pattern has emerged: when citizens raise complaints about illegal con structions in CRZ areas and courts and authorities issue demolition orders, structures are either fully or partial ly brought down, often just enough to file compliance reports. But soon after, ille gal constructions allegedly resurface on the same plots, reigniting the cycle.
