India, Feb. 2 -- GPYC President Archit Naik, along with Indian Youth Congress secretary and GPYC in-charge Swapnil Patil and other party office bearers, filed a complaint at the Panjim Police Station on January 30 against the North Goa Collector and concerned authorities. The complaint challenges the selective imposition of Section 163 in Panaji. The youth leaders questioned why the restriction was enforced only on protesters in Chimbel, while an official function organized by the BJP, led by national president Nitin Nabin, was allowed to continue without interruption.
