Goa, Oct. 10 -- Zenito Cardozo has faced another legal setback as the High Court dismissed his appeal in the 2009 Siridao beach case, which claimed the lives of two individuals. The court has directed him to surrender before the Sessions Court by November 10.

Zenito was previously convicted for culpable homicide not amounting to murder in the same case. The ruling underscores the judiciary's firm stance on the serious incident that shook the region over a decade ago.
