Goa, Nov. 29 -- The High Court has directed the Goa government and its key departments to complete the entire admission and counselling process for Postgraduate Medical Degree Courses for the academic year 2025-26 strictly under the existing reservation policy.

In its order, the court instructed the Public Health Department, Goa Medical College (GMC), and the Directorate of Technical Education to ensure that the admissions are carried out and concluded without making any changes to the reservation scheme that has been in effect since 2023.

The directive ensures continuity in the admission framework while preventing any alteration to the reservation structure during the upcoming academic cycle.
