PANJIM, March 3 -- Panjim Police on Monday arrested a habitual offender involved in multiple cases of sexual harassment and crimes against women. The accused, identified asGloan Pednekar, son of Anand Pednekar, aged 27 years, and a resident of Tonca, Caranzalemwas apprehended following meticulous technical surveillance and intelligence-based operations.

The complainant and her female friend filed a complaint at the Panjim Police Station on24th February 2025pertaining tosexual harassment, stalking, and outraging the modestyagainst the accused.

The incident occurred on23rd February 2025 at 22:20 hoursnearCitizen Credit Co-Operative Bank Ltd., Patto, Panjim.
