Goa, Jan. 19 -- Seven security personnel were injured in a gunbattle with terrorists in the forested upper reaches of Kishtwar district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Sunday, officials said. Three injured personnel were airlifted for medical treatment.
"Based on a tip-off about two to three terrorists in the area, a cordon and search operation was launched near Son Nar village in Chatroo around noon," officials said. Terrorists fired at the search party, and troops retaliated.
