Goa, Nov. 16 -- On November 14, Padhiyar called Rathod to his home and the two, along with the couple's son, went to Pooja's residence around 11 pm to speak to Trusha. The conversation did not go as planned, and they returned to Lalji's house.Around 9 am on Saturday, Rathod woke up to loud banging on the door. A neighbour informed him that Lalji and Trusha were having a heated argument outside Pooja's building. By the time he reached, a crowd had gathered and Padhiyar was lying on the ground with a pistol near his leg. Witnesses claimed he shot Trusha before turning the gun on himself.
