Goa, Nov. 29 -- The Gudemol Sanvordem crusher case has now reached the High Court after allegations that the Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) failed to take action following an inspection. Despite the ongoing case, the Town and Country Planning (TCP) department reportedly granted fresh approval for the project, triggering protests and concerns among local residents.
Sanvordem Panchayat has issued a show-cause notice, citing potential safety hazards and environmental risks associated with the crusher. Authorities and residents are closely watching developments as the matter moves through the legal system.
