Goa, March 17 -- The story revolves around Nelson Soares (Pedro Rodrigues), who has lost his wife due to cancer and now has to sustain his poor family single-handedly. His only son Laster (Laster Fernandes) has embraced priesthood, while his teenage daughter Natasha (Melita Fernandes) is schooling.

Despite cultivating fields and fending for himself and his children, Nelson sometimes feels discouraged and hapless. At one point of time, he discontinues his daughter's education and stops her from going to school.
