Goa, June 14 -- A case of chain snatching has been reported from Davorlim, where an unidentified two-wheeler rider allegedly snatched a gold mangalsutra worth Rs.1.39 lakh from a woman.

The incident took place on Friday, prompting the Maina Curtorim Police to register an FIR and begin a formal investigation. Authorities are working to trace the suspect based on available leads and possible CCTV footage from the area.

Police have urged the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity. No arrests have been made so far, and the investigation is ongoing.
