Goa, Nov. 7 -- Minister Mauvin Godinho has called for the upgradation of the Chicalim Sub-District Hospital, highlighting that the facility continues to function efficiently despite a shortage of staff.

Speaking while launching drain construction works at Chicalim, Godinho said, "The Chicalim Sub-District Hospital is being run very efficiently despite staff shortages. I have, however, discussed the issue with the Health Minister in the Cabinet, demanding an upgradation of the hospital along with additional doctors, nurses, staff, and equipment."
