Goa, June 30 -- The consumer rights group GOACAN has announced plans to file a formal complaint citing deficiency of service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, against the Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTCL).

The complaint follows repeated grievances about poor conditions on KTCL's shuttle buses, most recently highlighted by the state of the Margao-to-Panjim shuttle service on June 30. According to GOACAN, at 10:17 a.m. that day, Shuttle Bus GA-03-X 0597 was found in unacceptable condition, reflecting what the organization described as a lack of basic care for passengers.
