Goa, Nov. 25 -- Marking the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, the Goa Women's Forum (GWF) submitted a memorandum expressing deep concern over the increasing incidents of digital violence targeting women and children in South Goa. The Forum highlighted a growing range of threats, including hacking, trolling, cyberbullying, deepfakes, and online grooming.
Calling for an urgent and coordinated response, the GWF urged authorities to formulate a comprehensive action plan to curb these offences.
