The government has stepped in to take over the inquiry into the alleged paper leak scandal that has rocked Goa University, appointing a four-member, high-level committee to probe the case.

The committee is headed by Retd High Court Justice RMS Khandeparkar. The other members of the committee are Bosco George, IPS (Retd), Former DIG Government of Goa, Dr Radhika Nayak, Former Registrar of Goa University. MRK Prasad, Professor at V M Salgaocar Law College, will be the Member Secretary. The committee has been asked to submit its report at the earliest.
