Goa, June 21 -- Goa has cemented its place on India's innovation map, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant declared at the Goa Open Innovation Challenge 2025 - Market Access Expo. Laying out an ambitious roadmap for the state's digital and startup landscape, Sawant announced the establishment of a Global Capability Center (GCC) and a Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning.
