Goa, Aug. 23 -- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced on Friday that the Goa State Taxi Policy will be finalised by September 10, 2025. The announcement followed a high-level meeting with coastal MLAs, ministers, and key stakeholders at the Mantralaya in Porvorim.
While the government continues to push for the integration of all taxi operators under a unified app-based system, many local taxi drivers had been strongly opposed to the move.
