India, Feb. 9 -- Goa has been placed on the global map after a group of talented students secured the prestigious third place at the international level in the Junior Line Following Robot Competition organised by the World STEM and Robotics Olympiad.

The competition was held in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, on January 31, 2026, and saw participation from teams representing several countries. The students' achievement has brought immense pride to Goa and the nation.
