India, Feb. 17 -- Tanay Ajit Prabhu from Ponda emerged as the Goa topper in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) Session 1 results announced by the National Testing Agency, securing an impressive score of 99.82. The achievement marks a significant academic milestone for the student, who now aims to crack the final stage of the examination and pursue engineering in the field of space science.

Tanay had earlier demonstrated academic excellence by scoring 97.5 percent in his Class X board examinations.
