Goa, July 23 -- Goa's tourism sector continues to show strong recovery and growth, with the state witnessing a significant rise in both domestic and international tourist arrivals. Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte revealed that over 54 lakh tourists visited Goa in the last six months alone.

Khaunte also highlighted a positive trend in monsoon tourism, which has picked up momentum in recent weeks. "The numbers reflect growing confidence in Goa as a year-round travel destination. Both domestic and international footfalls have increased, and even the monsoon season is seeing strong interest," he said.
