Goa, April 4 -- The Goa Pradesh Mahila Congress organized a protest titled Naari Nyay Andolan at Azad Maidan, raising a strong voice for women's rights, gender justice, and the urgent need for the implementation of the Women's Reservation Act.
The event saw several women leaders and activists come together to highlight the ongoing struggles faced by women in the state and across the country. The protesters demanded equal representation in legislative bodies and called for the immediate enactment of the Women's Reservation Act.
