Goa, Nov. 13 -- The Goa Police has issued a public alert warning citizens about fraudsters circulating fake traffic challans through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms. Authorities have cautioned motorists to exercise vigilance and avoid clicking on suspicious links or sharing personal details.
According to police officials, several residents recently received fraudulent messages mimicking official e-challan notifications, prompting the department to issue an urgent advisory.
