Goa, Sept. 1 -- WhatsApp users in Goa are being warned to stay vigilant due to a new hacking scam involving a malicious APK file named "RTO CHALAN.apk." Fraudsters are sending messages from numbers like 72503 69682, or possibly other unknown numbers, that contain this file. The message often includes a prompt stating, "The business won't see if you read their messages until you reply or add them as a contact with the option: Block or Add," pressuring users to interact.
