Goa, Dec. 20 -- Authorities in Goa are moving to secure an INTERPOL Blue Corner Notice for Surinder Kumar Khosla, a UK citizen and owner of the site where the unauthorised nightclub Birch by Romeo Lane was running. The action seeks to locate Khosla and bring him in for questioning.
