Goa, March 20 -- The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of the Goa Police has intensified its efforts to combat the growing drug menace in the state through surprise checks and raids. As part of these efforts, the police have been conducting surprise inspections along the coastal belt, as well as at key transportation hubs such as interstate bus stands and railway stations. The goal of these checks is to target drug peddlers who use these routes to smuggle narcotics into Goa.
